Description

The Wave Alpha received a significant update in 2017, yet it continues to remain a segment leader in the small-capacity kapchai market. It is powered by a 109.1 cc air-cooled OHC single-cylinder which delivers a power of 8.3 hp at 7,500 rpm and 8.59 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm. Along with the four-speed automatic clutch gearbox, Alpha is capable of providing a smooth ride. It comes with a 3.7-litre fuel tank and a certification of energy efficient vehicle (EEV). The vehicle’s weight of only 98 kg is a contributor to its energy efficiency. The base variant comes with a drum brake and spoked wheels priced at RM 4,535.74, whereas the disc brake and cast wheels variant costs RM 4,927.74. The latter variant also gets a pillion grab rail. The colour options for Wave Alpha are Pearl Magellanic Black, Pearl Nightfall Blue, and Vivacity Red.
